Mar 6, 2024I booked an appointment with Appliance Repair Expert by phone. He gave me a date for a week later and added that if I was able to get someone sooner, just to let them know. I thought I had canceled by email but I should have phoned to cancel. Unfortunately the technician showed up. They were good enough to not charge me for the appointment.
Mar 9, 2024Excellent service. Called back immediately and booked for the following morning, technician was competent, kind and prepared with the correct replacement part already on hand. We had hired another handyman prior for a different repair and then this issue started; when we brought the other guy back he really didn’t know what to do. Sam was way more knowledgeable, he explained everything he was doing and I didn’t understand at all but it works great now.
