May 11, 2026Edit: They’ve reached out to refund the consultation fee and said they would talk to the technician which I appreciate. Their customer service has been great. – Called for a stove heating element issue. It was not turning on and needed to be replaced. Technician tried to charge $500 because he said our replacement part costed $200+… I asked to get the part number and I paid the consultation fee. God forbid something else needs to be replaced and should have gotten a new stove. I did my research and the part number he gave me wasn’t even the right one. The actual one he was supposed to show us was $80…. Same website he used and all. I’m reminded why I can never trust repair services, especially other men. A shame.
