Shakeel came with a smile and a handshake, thoroughly checked the unit; made a minor adjustment without the need for any replacement parts and solved the problem. Only had to pay for a service call that was quoted up front. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Although he was unable to fix our washing machine, he was honest about the costs and advised a new machine would be the best path forward. I appreciate his honesty and would definitely use appliance repair expert again.
