Apr 17, 2026Hello, First I have no confidence in on line forms, but I filled one out because I had no time to leave a voicemail. I got a call with in 10 or 15 minutes and had an appointment set for later the same day. So far so good, and it only gets better. The techs then showed up early, and proceeded to diagnose the issue with our fridge. In the process, they cleaned behind and under the fridge and only proceeded with the repair after I approved. The repair was done, they then cleaned the inside of the freezer while it was empty and returned the fridge to its location. An invoice was prepared, sent by email and paid. All in all very professional and although its only been a day we are pleased and would recommend them. As a bonus, they helped me move an object too big for me to handle alone in the garage. Great experience. Thanks.
