Called them when our dryer stopped heating on Sunday morning, they were there and had it fixed before the end of the day, Ahmad, the technician was friendly and helpful. Can’t give them a higher rating, and I will absolutely recommend them to any friends who need an appliance repaired.

Dec 26, 2025Update: The owner kindly reached out to me and was concerned about my experience. He offered to refund my initial charge because of what had happened and was very understanding of the situation. Very dishonest company/repair man. I got an error code on my dishwasher. The repair man, Malik, said I had to replace the control baord for my dishwasher, a $450+tax cost. After some research I found that the solution was to simply clean the filter and power cycle the dishwasher. Yes, I should have done the research first. However, the dishonesty of this company was disgusting.

Emails setting up the appointment were confusing ie appointment was set, next email the appointment was changed to a day earlier, then email was sent advising that they didn’t service my area. Finally a confirming email for the day and time I had requested.

Apr 1, 2026The tech that came out was wonderful. Explained everything and gave prices for parts to fix my dishwasher. Didn’t end up going with the repair because a new machine was cheaper but I appreciate how upfront he was about how much I would end up spending on the repair.
