Technician was unable to locate the problem with our fridge, but gave us some possible solutions to follow, which we did. Told us to call if we needed more help and he would return. Not sure it fixed the problem as we still have the occasional noise but not as severe as it was. Might be the compressor and said he would help us deal with the LG if we needed help. Was really impressed with this company and how they deal with customers. Would definitely recommend them.
