The service with Appliance Repair Expert was seamless from start to finish! I was able to easily book the appointment and have adjustments made to my file by Ben Orier. His kindness and patience made it much easier to deal with this repair. A gentleman named Si, who was also very kind, came by and had the unit repaired in less than 20 minutes! An expert if I’ve ever seen one. Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…

Prompt and excellent service. The technician spent the time doing diagnostics to resolve the issue. It was a unusual issue as the result of a power surge that prevented the cooktop from operating yet the oven was fine. He was able to determine there was a small switch that did not rotate back to position when the power returned. He rotated the switch it is “home” position and voila ! All was in perfect working order again.

10x better than the long time Sherwood Appliance!! Came within 2 DAYS ON A SUNDAY!!! Completely took my appliance apart and cleaned it top to bottom. Never had Sherwood Appliance do that in 25 years resulting in my dryer fire. Super happy with Ramil and his co-worker. Extremely thorough job, didn’t smell like cigarettes and did an incredible job. Was super friendly and enjoyable to have. Will happily support a new Sherwood Park business who value their clients and treats them with respect. Great jobs guys!! I’ll highly recommend you to anyone.
