The repairman was on time and efficient, and thorough in his repair of our malfunctioning dishwasher. He showed me what the problem was, so I can maintain ongoing. It was a very good experience!!

Scheduling for dryer repair was easy, received service the next day, and Rahman was on time, fast, friendly and helpful with explaining the issue. Things my second time using their service and I will do so again.

We ended up only going with the Diagnostic service, as the type of repair required was more expensive than replacing the unit. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is the hassle I experienced trying to pay for the service. I had to call 3 different times before I got the information I needed to pay my bill. And the first 2 calls, the employees told me I would receive a call back within a half an hour, but that never happened. Beyond that, the service was really good.
