Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…

When I called with our Fridge issues, they had a repair person dispatched that same afternoon. The repair person sent to us, Leroy Lewis, was so kind and knowledgeable. He had the issues fixed very quickly. 5 stars for Leroy as well!! I will definitely be using them again if the need should arise.

I booked an appointment with Appliance Repair Expert by phone. He gave me a date for a week later and added that if I was able to get someone sooner, just to let them know. I thought I had canceled by email but I should have phoned to cancel. Unfortunately the technician showed up. They were good enough to not charge me for the appointment.
