Oct 3, 2023Prompt and excellent service. The technician spent the time doing diagnostics to resolve the issue. It was a unusual issue as the result of a power surge that prevented the cooktop from operating yet the oven was fine. He was able to determine there was a small switch that did not rotate back to position when the power returned. He rotated the switch it is “home” position and voila ! All was in perfect working order again.

Mar 7, 2024I booked an appointment with Appliance Repair Expert by phone. He gave me a date for a week later and added that if I was able to get someone sooner, just to let them know. I thought I had canceled by email but I should have phoned to cancel. Unfortunately the technician showed up. They were good enough to not charge me for the appointment.

Mar 1, 2024The technical guy Dallas was a nice guy, looks competent. He arrived on time at the scheduled hour to check my dishwasher. He thought the problem was the drain so he cleaned it and the filter. Then he told me it was fixed and he left. After a try I realized it was still not washing. I call the service and he came back the day after. He dismounted more parts and discovered the broken parts that was the real cause of the problem.
