I have no problem recommending this company. Unfortunately I do not remember the technicians name. Though I will say he was absolutely professional and friendly. He arrived in the expected time frame, asked questions to narrow down the problem then ran the dishwasher to hear the noise I was noticing. The assessment was not unexpected and he immediately looked up part pricing and availability of the pump. He the gave a verbal quote with labour and unfortunately it was the cost of a new machine. He gave his recommended suggestions to brands to choose from and a store where he knew the prices were good. I checked out his information and it was sound on both fronts. YES, I would use them again

Fantastic experience. Our Fridgidaire professional microwave stopped working and a tech was on-site in 2 hrs which was amazing! The guys were great and the issue was a little more difficult than first thought, but overall we were completely satisfied with the services and response time!!

Fixed my bosch microwave. It looked like it might have been an expensive main board but the technician recommended replacing one of the door switches that seemed slack. Worked like a charm and saved me a 4 figure part. Not cheap but did the job.
