Apr 24, 2026I’ve had multiple issues with my washing machine over the years and have used several different repair companies. In my experience, most send a technician for an initial assessment but aren’t prepared to complete the repair that same day, or they have difficulty fully assessing a stacked washer/dryer unit. I was very impressed with this company. They sent two technicians, who quickly diagnosed the problem and completed as much of the repair as possible during the first visit. When a replacement part was needed that they didn’t have on hand, they returned just a day and a half later to finish the job. The entire process was efficient, professional, and hassle-free. Given my washing machine’s track record, I’m sure I’ll need another repair at some point – and this will definitely be the first company I call! 😂
Jun 10, 2026UPDATE: the company reached out to us after I posted my initial review below. To make it right, they’re going to refund us the fee we paid for the technician to come look at our washer. This rating is NOT directed at the technician – he was very kind and helpful. The 2 stars is directed at the company itself and their customer service, specifically over the phone. I had questions about the quote we were given to repair our washing machine so I called the company number multiple times with no answer. When I did get a call back, the person I spoke with kept talking over me, interrupting me, and generally made me feel like it was annoying that he had to explain anything to me. Which in the end – he couldn’t do and said he’d have to call me back or get the technician to reach out to us (neither one happened – we just received an updated quote but our questions were still unanswered.)

The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and it was repaired the next day. Payment was easy and I would highly recommend Appliance Repair to anyone for service.

The repair man was on time and had a proper diagnosis. He was polite and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a repair.
