Code Error Solution Error & Solution

E01
Door is open
Reconnect one of the loose wires on the lock assembly wire harness. If the damage is found in wiring, it needs replacing. If the wire is all right, replace the lock assembly.

E04
Too much foam
Restart the unit and adjust the detergent usage. If the error code persists, call a technician. Book online

E08
Excessive heating time (happens when the heater does not turn off)
Unplug the WM and inspect the heater for any possible damage. Unplug the washer and check the heater for visible damage. If the heater is defective, it may be shorting out to the metal cabinet, which might lead to the constant heating of the element. The damaged heater must be replaced as soon as possible. If the heater is all right, then there is a problem with the control module. Replace it because the relay responsible for the heater control might be stuck in the āOnā position.

E11
Excessive water filling time
Verify that all supply valves located behind the WM are open. During cold seasons, it is recommended to inspect fill lines for freezing. Inspect the drain system for siphon troubles. In case of inlet valve assembly damage, replace it.

E12
Excessive water filling time
Check if all supply valves located behind the WM are open. During cold seasons, it is recommended to inspect fill lines for freezing. Inspect the drain system for siphon troubles. In case of inlet valve assembly damage, replace it.

E13
Excessive drain time
Make sure there are no clogs in the WM drain. If the system is clogged up, remove clogs from the hose. It is also recommended to unplug the WM to check the filter and the drain pump. Remove clogs if any or replace the pump if itās damaged.

E14
The WM shows the overfill level
If it shows the overfill level while the WM is not overfilled, a pressure switch might be defective. In this case, replace it as soon as possible. If the WM is really overfilled, shut off the water supply faucets, which are located behind the WM. In such a situation, the drain pump functions continuously to pump the water out. You need to unplug the WM and open supply valves. It the WM keeps filling with the water while being disconnected from the electric power source, the inlet valve assembly is to be replaced.

E21
Excessive foam generation detected
Use the required amount of HE detergent. The majority of loads require just 1 tablespoon of detergent because of the reduced water level in the WM with the front load.

E22
Problems with electrical power supply
Make sure the WM power cord is plugged in. If so, check the electrical outlet by plugging in a small appliance. If the outlet doesnāt function, call an electrician to repair it. If the outlet works correctly, unplug the WM and reconnect any loose wires on the control module. If the power cord/outlet plug is damaged, replace it.

E25
Blockage of the door lock
The door lock coil might be overheated due to repeated attempts to lock/unlock the WM door. Inspect the lock assembly for any damages or objects, which might be stuck in the mechanism. If the lock assembly is damaged, replace it.
