If the heater is all right, then there is a problem with the control module. Replace it because the relay responsible for the heater control might be stuck in the ‘On’ position.

If it shows the overfill level while the WM is not overfilled, a pressure switch might be defective. In this case, replace it as soon as possible. If the WM is really overfilled, shut off the water supply faucets, which are located behind the WM. In such a situation, the drain pump functions continuously to pump the water out. You need to unplug the WM and open supply valves. It the WM keeps filling with the water while being disconnected from the electric power source, the inlet valve assembly is to be replaced.
