technician came – charged $140 and made a wrong diagnosis – he said the drain pump needs to be replaced on our dishwasher and wanted to charge $370 for a 1/2 hour job and a pump what is sold on Amazon for $35. We paid and he left. We checked ourself and it is not the pump. The company apologized and promised a full refund. I am impressed. Great service.

Had a washing machine spewing out water. Called them and they were able to come out next day. Didn’t try to up sell me anything and just fixed the problem in less than an hour. Machine works great now and have no issues. Really great customer service.

Just had another great experience with Starfix appliance repair. The fellow that assessed my washing machine was very kind and polite, and showed me what it would cost in order to repair the machine. I told him it would be probably cheaper for me to buy a new one and for me to euthanize the current one😄! Thank you for being a thoughtful and all around nice company!

quick reply, great service provided and affordable price. our washing machine had an issue on saturday, we had an appointment with a repair person on monday. they managed to resolve the issue, and they did so at a fair price, making it all the better. plus, they’re very organized and current – appointments can be set online, receipts are received online. it’s comfortable. would definitely call again if needed, and would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation. great work!
