He quickly and effectively diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately for us it meant we were going to need a new fridge but he was clear and honest about our options and repair timelines. New fridge means we won’t need this service again 🤞 but if other appliances fail these Experts will be our first call

I’ve had multiple issues with my washing machine over the years and have used several different repair companies. In my experience, most send a technician for an initial assessment but aren’t prepared to complete the repair that same day, or they have difficulty fully assessing a stacked washer/dryer unit. I was very impressed with this company. They sent two technicians, who quickly diagnosed the problem and completed as much of the repair as possible during the first visit. When a replacement part was needed that they didn’t have on hand, they returned just a day and a half later to finish the job. The entire process was efficient, professional, and hassle-free. Given my washing machine’s track record, I’m sure I’ll need another repair at some point – and this will definitely be the first company I call! 😂
