The serviceman was polite, arrived on schedule, and got the fridge working. However, I encountered an unexpected problem during the service visit: the cost was much higher than I expected. I was told on the phone that the call-out fee would be used to offset the cost of the repair. Instead, I found out when the serviceman arrived that the cost of repairing my fridge – the labour portion – was a fixed fee, and parts were extra. It may have been a misunderstanding on my part, or due to an insufficient explanation from the person who provided me with an explanation of the cost of a service visit. The best part of the service visit was knowing that if my fridge acts up within the next 3 months, the labour cost of my next call out will be free, and I will only have to pay for replacement parts if needed.

The service tech was excellent and was able to help us quickly as my dishwasher had an error on it and not draining. This was Christmas Eve and really needed a dishwasher for our family diner on Christmas Day. He was pleasant and very experienced and made my very stressful day an excellent experience.
