Good experience, we could have had someone come over same day we submitted our service request but we chose Monday (after weekend). The service guy was not able to come the Monday because of an emergency that took him out of work for a week. We were told we would get a rebate for the week delay but we did not. Service guy was super nice and knowledgeable.

The technician (I think his name was Parviz) was truly one of the most pleasant people you will ever meet. Nobody likes having to pay for repairs, but he was super nice, incredibly efficient, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issues right away and was very clear on what the costs would be and when he could have the parts and do the work. If only we all worked this way…
