He quickly and effectively diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately for us it meant we were going to need a new fridge but he was clear and honest about our options and repair timelines. New fridge means we won’t need this service again 🤞 but if other appliances fail these Experts will be our first call

The service was great by the repairman, but the cost the company charges was ridiculous. A 5 minute diagnosis and it was a full hour charge of $160 for labor.

Had the technician come on February 28, 2026. He explained what he thought the problem was and my stove worked for a week or 2 but then started doing the same thing. I texted him and he said he would come back. The part is now in and he hopefully will get it tip top on Friday. He really did his best but it was impossible to fix. And the correct part is discontinued. Thanks for the extra effort you put in to help.
