I scheduled a technician visit from Appliance Repair Expert for a Blomberg laundry machine. I was told that the technician would give me a call a little before the visit any time from 10am-2pm. Around 10am, I get a call from technician that he’s in front of the building. As soon as he came up to my unit, he asked what I thought was the problem and started diagnose the machine right away. Within just 10-15 minutes, he figured out that the issue was not the laundry machine but was the water pipes that are connected to the wall. He guided me with the next steps on going back to the Building Management, etc. Technician was very friendly and super helpful. 5 out of 5 for sure.
