Kenmore Dishwasher Repair Service

Harvinder was great to deal with and fixed my stovetop in no time

Garry Dosa

The serviceman was polite, arrived on schedule, and got the fridge working. However, I encountered an unexpected problem during the service visit: the cost was much higher than I expected. I was told on the phone that the call-out fee would be used to offset the cost of the repair. Instead, I found out when the serviceman arrived that the cost of repairing my fridge – the labour portion – was a fixed fee, and parts were extra. It may have been a misunderstanding on my part, or due to an insufficient explanation from the person who provided me with an explanation of the cost of a service visit. The best part of the service visit was knowing that if my fridge acts up within the next 3 months, the labour cost of my next call out will be free, and I will only have to pay for replacement parts if needed.

I realized that my Samsung dryer was not heating up. My neighbour referred me to Appliance Repair Experts since he had a very good experience with his past dishwasher issue. Within a couple days of contacting them, my very friendly and knowledgeable technician, Parniz assessed. He was honest and upfront in pricing and made every effort to help with costs. Giving the OK to repair, Parniz returned a couple days later to fix my dryer. He was very efficient, respectful and courteous. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Experts.
