Mr Nassar was the technician who attended to assess my KitchenAid gas stove. The oven was not working, and he quickly assess that it was a circuit board. He replaced it quickly, as well as clean the jets on the stove. Overall, I was very happy with the service and his demeanour was very friendly and pleasant.
