Excellent service. They were able to book an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. The tech gave an excellent & credible diagnosis of the problem with our clothes dryer. I chose not to repair the dryer and instead purchase a new one, so can’t comment on their repair abilities. However, they were polite, professional, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. Will use again!

The service man arrived on time, worked hard and really tried to fix the issue a number of different ways, and although he was ultimately unsuccessful, he really tried hard. The conclusion was that a new dishwasher was required. He was pleasant to work with.

So many may have seen my earlier post but I must say that yes true to there word we have come to a very amicable agreement about the repairs and charges! So yes the do stand behind their work and should always be considered a place to call for any and all if your repairs that may be of necessity! The manger called me and took care of it personally which definetly means alot to me and shows their integrity! This was much appreciated….we still have of course our 90day gurantee for what was done….and was kindly invited to call them at anytime if problems occur so appreciated and thank you…..thank you again!

Examine the wire harness link between the display control board and the temperature sensor after disconnecting the washer. Replace the wire harness if it is damaged, and tighten all of the loose wires in your washer. If your wire connection is fine, you’ll need to replace the temperature sensor with a new one.

This problem seems to be caused by overloading. Reduce the load, and then restart the washer once again.

Check that both water lines are connected, and the supply valves are switched on. The use of flood-safe inlet hoses is not recommended since they restrict water flow.
