I have no problem recommending this company. Unfortunately I do not remember the technicians name. Though I will say he was absolutely professional and friendly. He arrived in the expected time frame, asked questions to narrow down the problem then ran the dishwasher to hear the noise I was noticing. The assessment was not unexpected and he immediately looked up part pricing and availability of the pump. He the gave a verbal quote with labour and unfortunately it was the cost of a new machine. He gave his recommended suggestions to brands to choose from and a store where he knew the prices were good. I checked out his information and it was sound on both fronts. YES, I would use them again

Called in on weekend Customer service rep was very good amd kind. Computer glitched, they said. So appointment time had been changed twice. But he was still manage to come at appointment day. Technician was very polite and he knows what to do. Repaired our fridge by using his knowledge and skill. Now our fridge operates back to normal. Thank you guys
