Er01

Unplug your dishwasher. Observe hoses, the tub, and pumps for any possible damage & leaks.

Er07

Unplug your dishwasher. Examine wiring of the drain valve. If the wiring is okay, replace the drain valve.

Er08

The defect of the switch on the user interface might be causing a problem. The entire user interface needs replacement.

Er09

Unplug your dishwasher. Examine the user interface control and the EC board for loose wiring connections. If everything is okay, then user interface control needs replacing. If the problem persists, replace the EC board.

Er11

Unplug your dishwasher. Examine the drain valve wiring. If it is okay, the drain valve needs replacing.

Er12

Unplug your washer. Examine the drain valve wiring. If it is okay, the EC board needs replacement (the problem might be caused by the drain faucet relay on the control board being stuck). If the problem persists, the drain faucet needs replacement.

  1. Make sure that the shut-off valve is fully open
  2. Make sure the water inlet filter is clean and free of clogs
  3. Check the minimum pressure level (must be at least 7.25 psi/50kPa)
  4. Make certain that the water overflow pipe is inserted
