Feb 28, 2024I want to thank Nijat and his technician for such excellent service. We had requested a service call from a competitor and the tech spent 5 minutes looking at our Bosch gas range and told us it was an ignitor issue. I knew this wasnt true as the gas element was igniting but went out within 30 seconds. He charged us $150 for a service call and when we asked him to order the parts and to make an appointment to fix it, he told us the parts were not available. Nijat was a completely different story. The two techs that came out were super friendly and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue. It turens out it was a dirty connection and a faulty temperature gauge. Nijat was able to get our oven working and told us he was not going to charge us until the part came in. As soon as the part was in he called and just fixed our range. I recommend Appliance Repair Experts without reservation!
Feb 9, 2025We called on a weekend and have a technician dispatched Monday morning. Vince was early for my time frame which was appreciated. He was quick to diagnose the issue and provide an accurate quote on the spot. He didn’t not have the part but returned within a half an hour with it. He tested the dishwasher multiple times to ensure it was working. Excellent service and fair pricing. Will contact them for any future issues.
