Jun 14, 2025Prompt and honest service. My dishwasher was bit draining properly and the technician that was sent to my house took a look and let me know he found a piece of metal in the pump. He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. I had already planned to have them install the new pump so I was fine with that – but I really appreciated the honesty! Would definitely recommend

He came back the next day with the part needed as it was getting late in the evening. He fixed the problem in no time. Would definitely recommend!
