My problem was with his oral report as I am an 82 year old senior who is hard of hearing, That, added to his accent left me very confused as to his recommendations. It took a while for him to find it and there was a bit of a communication breakdown in the middle, but he found us the part and prioritized getting our repair done asap.

Feb 13, 2025Very professional and helpful technician came to our house to eliminate a squeeky noise in our dryer. Unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the noise while he was here, but he disassembled, lubricated, cleaned and reassembled the entire machine anyway. We were charged for one hour of labour, but he said that if the noise ever came back he would return and fix it without additional labor fees. Our dryer is in a tight spot in the back room, so it wasn’t an easy job. I really appreciate what he did and his willingness to go the extra mile. Would recommend and use in the future.
