Hello, First I have no confidence in on line forms, but I filled one out because I had no time to leave a voicemail. I got a call with in 10 or 15 minutes and had an appointment set for later the same day. So far so good, and it only gets better. The techs then showed up early, and proceeded to diagnose the issue with our fridge. In the process, they cleaned behind and under the fridge and only proceeded with the repair after I approved. The repair was done, they then cleaned the inside of the freezer while it was empty and returned the fridge to its location. An invoice was prepared, sent by email and paid. All in all very professional and although its only been a day we are pleased and would recommend them. As a bonus, they helped me move an object too big for me to handle alone in the garage. Great experience. Thanks.

Had a heating problem with my dryer found this great company .The lady who took the call was very professional and helped get me booked for same day service.The gentleman who came was on time friendly and listened to problem sourced it out gave a good price and did repair right away. It was beyond the service i have had from other places. So for sure would use again and recommend you give them a try you will be impressed .
