The representative was prompt arriving at my house. He was very thorough checking my fridge, he explained what testing procedures he was doing. After several testing of different functions he explained the compressor had stopped working. Because of the age of the fridge it was not advisable to replace it. I felt the representative gave me an honest assessment and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend this representative and his company to others.
