Fantastic! Was able to come out the same day and fixed my washer on the spot. Very professional.

Joey Pietraroia

Thought it might be an issue with the washer’s electronics but turned out to be a simple repair. Only had to pay for diagnostic call. No parts or extra labour. Repairman was prompt and courteous.

Erika Buechner

Easy to book and knowledgeable repair technician. Fixed our dishwasher and tidied up around the workspace before leaving.

UPDATE: the company reached out to us after I posted my initial review below. To make it right, they’re going to refund us the fee we paid for the technician to come look at our washer. This rating is NOT directed at the technician – he was very kind and helpful. The 2 stars is directed at the company itself and their customer service, specifically over the phone. I had questions about the quote we were given to repair our washing machine so I called the company number multiple times with no answer. When I did get a call back, the person I spoke with kept talking over me, interrupting me, and generally made me feel like it was annoying that he had to explain anything to me. Which in the end – he couldn’t do and said he’d have to call me back or get the technician to reach out to us (neither one happened – we just received an updated quote but our questions were still unanswered.)

Service was fine but afterwards they called and messaged twice offering a partial refund discount in exchange for a 5 star review. Leaves a bad taste….

My experience with Appliance Repair was very good even though the was no repair. My washer was on it’s way out too expensive to repair. The repair man was on time and had a proper diagnosis. He was polite and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a repair. Suzy
