Door open

Close the dryer door. If the error code is still present, disconnect the power cord and reconnect it.

A stuck button on the control panel

If the button is stuck, try pressing it until it reappears. If all the buttons look normal, try restarting the cycle. If the code does not disappear, contact the service center.Book online

Door has a circuit failure

First, unplug the dryer from the power supply. Then check that the wiring in the door switch is securely connected.

Control board malfunction

Turn off power to the dryer for 10 minutes to try to reset the control board. If the error code returns after power is restored, replace the control board.

Power supply issue

Weak wiring probably exists when the dryer is connected to the wrong type of power cord. Change the power cord.

Unacceptable heating temperature

Turn off the dryer’s power and, if required, reconnect any loose wiring. Check the electrical connections on the gas valve coils.

Excessive drying time

Check the electrical connections after unplugging the dryer. Any loose wires should be reconnected. Replace all wires that have been damaged.

Temperature sensor is broken

Disconnect the dryer and check the temperature sensor or thermistor’s resistance with a volt/ohm meter. Replace the thermistor if the resistance is more than 40,000 ohms. Replace the wire harness if the resistance is over 10,000 ohms. If this doesn’t work, the electronic control board will need to be replaced.
