Samsung Dryer Repair Service

AFM Fakhruddin

Good communication, mechanic explained the issue well but repair price seemed high. It should not be a flat price and could be varied depending on the level of repair needed. For example, in my cases, all we needed is to reset the door latch. I acknowledge that an expert mechanic always identify the issue quicker but $265 still seems high.

I contacted Appliance Repair Expert to assess and repair a problem with my dryer. Vitaliy arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He asked questions about the issue I was having and proceeded to investigate the problem. Once identified, Vitaliy quickly completed the repair and explained the work he did. He also gave me a few tips on extending the life of my washer. Very pleased with the service I received, I highly recommend Vitaliy at Appliance Repair Expert!

Fast and friendly service. I needed a part replaced on my washing machine and the technician came the next day and had the correct part already with him. It didn’t take long at all, and he even helped me reconnect the dryer vent because it had come loose when I pulled out the washing machine. I would recommend this company and use them again.

Jozef Jak

Prompt and knowledgable

Edda Martinello

They were quick with a response. Unfortunately the washer was too old to make the cost justified so I appreciated his honesty. Would call them again for other repairs.
