Our dishwasher was not cleaning the dishes to my satisfaction. We requested a technician to come have a look and the service received was more than satisfactory. All parts of the machine were checked and confirmed satisfactory. The issue was with the detergent being used and the lack of blue fluid which I ran out of and failed to replenish on a timely basis. We appreciate the efforts the technician offered to ensure the machine will work satisfactorily. Thank you.

He repaired the fridge on the spot and clearly explained what had caused the issue. What I really appreciated was his honesty—he mentioned that although the fridge is working perfectly now, there’s a small chance the part may need replacement in the future, and he even provided a 3-month warranty on the repair. Overall, fast service, fair pricing, and professional behaviour. I definitely recommend them!
Nov 18, 2025Booked an appointment to have my dryer checked. Got a confirmation for 5-9pm, technician called if they can come by earlier in the day and I said I can get off work an hour early to be home by 4pm. Tech did not show up for the appointment. I was expecting to have a good experience since the google review is pretty good. Will give my business to other company that will actually show up. Changing my review to 4 stars since Alex is trying to make it right for calling few times and offering a free service for future use.
Jan 16, 2026We called Appliance repair expert as our washer door latch was broken. We were able to promptly have a technician come out to look at it. The part was ordered promptly. A few days later the technician returned and repaired the machine.
We were extremely happy with the service. We wouod use the company again. We would also Recommend this company to anyone looking for an appliance repair company.
