I had an issue with my dryer and they were able to come within 3 hours of my call. They originally scheduled a follow-up appointment for two days later, but when the technician said he might not be able to make it, I called back and they still managed to make it happen the same day. They even came on a Sunday at 7 PM, which I really appreciated. In the end, I was extremely satisfied with the service and the work completed. Highly recommend.

I have no problem recommending this company. Unfortunately I do not remember the technicians name. Though I will say he was absolutely professional and friendly. He arrived in the expected time frame, asked questions to narrow down the problem then ran the dishwasher to hear the noise I was noticing. The assessment was not unexpected and he immediately looked up part pricing and availability of the pump. He the gave a verbal quote with labour and unfortunately it was the cost of a new machine. He gave his recommended suggestions to brands to choose from and a store where he knew the prices were good. I checked out his information and it was sound on both fronts. YES, I would use them again

The serviceman was polite, arrived on schedule, and got the fridge working. However, I encountered an unexpected problem during the service visit: the cost was much higher than I expected. I was told on the phone that the call-out fee would be used to offset the cost of the repair. Instead, I found out when the serviceman arrived that the cost of repairing my fridge – the labour portion – was a fixed fee, and parts were extra. It may have been a misunderstanding on my part, or due to an insufficient explanation from the person who provided me with an explanation of the cost of a service visit. The best part of the service visit was knowing that if my fridge acts up within the next 3 months, the labour cost of my next call out will be free, and I will only have to pay for replacement parts if needed.

Hello, First I have no confidence in on line forms, but I filled one out because I had no time to leave a voicemail. I got a call with in 10 or 15 minutes and had an appointment set for later the same day. So far so good, and it only gets better. The techs then showed up early, and proceeded to diagnose the issue with our fridge. In the process, they cleaned behind and under the fridge and only proceeded with the repair after I approved. The repair was done, they then cleaned the inside of the freezer while it was empty and returned the fridge to its location. An invoice was prepared, sent by email and paid. All in all very professional and although its only been a day we are pleased and would recommend them. As a bonus, they helped me move an object too big for me to handle alone in the garage. Great experience. Thanks.

I had an issue with my Maytag Commercial washer that is about 10-12 years old, where it wouldn’t advance to the spin cycle. I called for a service assessment and the technician, Alex, arrived the next day at the appointed time. He took one look at the washer and immediately knew what the problem was. He ran the diagnostics and explained to me what was going on with it. At the end, he outlined approximately what each part would cost, and where the total cost of parts and labor was more than I paid for it originally, I opted to not have it repaired. I asked for his opinion on the best machine to buy to replace it and he gave me some good advice. I would highly recommend this company, and Alex, to anyone who wants an honest opinion about whether an appliance is worth fixing. What I liked about this company, was that if I did decide to go ahead with a repair, that the service charge for the call and diagnostics would be waived from the final bill.

Edit: They’ve reached out to refund the consultation fee and said they would talk to the technician which I appreciate. Their customer service has been great. – Called for a stove heating element issue. It was not turning on and needed to be replaced. Technician tried to charge $500 because he said our replacement part costed $200+… I asked to get the part number and I paid the consultation fee. God forbid something else needs to be replaced and should have gotten a new stove. I did my research and the part number he gave me wasn’t even the right one. The actual one he was supposed to show us was $80…. Same website he used and all. I’m reminded why I can never trust repair services, especially other men. A shame.

Update: The owner kindly reached out to me and was concerned about my experience. He offered to refund my initial charge because of what had happened and was very understanding of the situation. Very dishonest company/repair man. I got an error code on my dishwasher. The repair man, Malik, said I had to replace the control baord for my dishwasher, a $450+tax cost. After some research I found that the solution was to simply clean the filter and power cycle the dishwasher. Yes, I should have done the research first. However, the dishonesty of this company was disgusting.

Mr. Adam called on time and was terrific from start to finish. He installed our machine, taught us things about it, and even gave us laundry pointers we should have, but did not yet know, in our 40s. This ease of service was especially striking bc I had already dealt with CAS who wouldn’t deliver or send anyone until January; then Home Depot delivered but their installers refused to hook it up bc, literally, “the location is closed on three sides.” Huh? That’s why we got the Whirlpool laundry center: it’s designed for a closet. We had had a normal-sized washer there for decades. Searching around for an installer, ARE was not only the most cost-effective, but they were also the soonest, and the person on the phone was both professional and chill—best of both worlds. They even made follow-up calls to make sure everything was good.
