Feb 17, 2025Excellent Customer Service! Inquired late on Saturday evening an received a phone call within minutes to schedule service. They were able to accommodate 4 time blocks for Sunday which worked really well with our schedule and urgent nature to have our Washer looked at. When the 2 technicians arrived, they had an immediate diagnoses, with a secondary escalation if the first was not the issue. At the end of the day they were in and out in 20 minutes, did not need to order a new part and we were all set. recommend anyone looking for appliance repair to please consider Appliance Repair Expert!
