Got a confirmation for 5-9pm, technician called if they can come by earlier in the day and I said I can get off work an hour early to be home by 4pm. Tech did not show up for the appointment. I was expecting to have a good experience since the google review is pretty good. Will give my business to other company that will actually show up. Changing my review to 4 stars since Alex is trying to make it right for calling few times and offering a free service for future use.
