F3E1
Failure of the exhaust thermistor
Check the exhaust thermistor wiring after disconnecting the dryer. Any loose wires should be reconnected. If the wire harness is damaged, it should be replaced. Examine the exhaust thermistor for resistance. At normal temperature, it should test around 10,000 ohms. Replace the thermistor if it is faulty. If the exhaust thermistor and wiring are in good condition, replace the electronic control board.

F3E2
Moisture sensor malfunction
Look inside the dryer for a metal item that has shorted the two metal moisture sensor bars. Check the moisture sensor wire harness after disconnecting the dryer. Any loose wires should be connected. If the moisture sensor wire harness is broken, it should be replaced.
