Code Error Solution Error & Solution

F10
Increasing temperature inside the range
Due to this malfunction, the range increases the heating temperature constantly, and it rises above the parameters set by the user due to the stuck relay on the main electronic control unit. This malfunction requires the main electronic control unit replacement. The main control unit reads the temperature using the thermal sensor. This sensor may become defective and send wrong readings to the main electronic control unit. Use your multimeter to test the thermal sensor’s resistance. It has to return around 1080 ohms at room temperature. In case the reading deviates for more than 200 ohms, replace the thermal sensor. However, you may see appropriate readings. In this case, it is necessary to examine the wire harness connecting the thermal sensor and the main electronic control unit. Once you see it out of order, replace it. In case the thermal sensor and the wiring harness are fully operational, you will have to replace the faulty main electronic control unit.

F11
The glass touch panel malfunction
Disconnect your electric range from the mains network for not less than 30 seconds and then connect it again to restore power supply. In case the error persists after you have restored power supply, disconnect the range from the mains socket again and examine the wire harness between the glass touch panel and the main electronic control unit. In case you see the wiring fully operational, you will have to replace the glass touch panel. In case the code lights up even then, call a specialist. Book online

F12, F13, F15, F16, F17, F18
The main electronic control unit malfunction
Disconnect your electric range from the mains network for not less than 30 seconds and then connect it again to restore the power supply. In case the error persists after you have restored power supply, you will need to replace the main electronic control unit with a new one.

F14
The glass touch panel disconnected from the main electronic control unit
Disconnect your range from the mains and inspect the wire harness between the glass touch panel and the main electronic control unit. If you see the wire harness fully operational, you will have to replace the glass touch panel. In case the code lights up even then, it is the main electronic control unit that needs replacement.

F20
Disrupted communication between the main electronic control unit and the surface burner control unit
Disconnect your range from the mains and inspect the wire harness between the main electronic control unit and the components of the surface burner control unit, which include the glass touch panel and the cooktop control unit. In case you find no issues with the wire harness, call a repair technician and have your range examined. The technician will carry out necessary electric measurements and checks to pinpoint the reason for the malfunction. You will have to replace all components that the repair technician finds faulty. F23 and F24
Disrupted communication between the convection fan speed control unit and the main electronic control unit
Disconnect your range from the mains and inspect the wire harness between the main electronic control unit and the convection fan speed control unit. In case you find no issues with the wire harness and its connections, you will have to replace the power control assembly with the convection fan speed control unit installed on it. In case the issue persists, it is the main electronic control unit that needs replacement.

F30 and F31
Thermal sensor malfunction
Disconnect your range from the mains and locate the thermal sensor circuit on the main electronic control unit. Test the circuit’s resistance. The meter should read around 1,080 ohms at room temperature. In case the readings deviate for more than 200 ohms, you will have to replace the oven thermal sensor with a new one. However, in case the resistance is within the normal parameters, it is the main electronic control unit that needs replacement.

F90, F91, F92, F93, F94, and F95
Door lock is defective
Disconnect your range from the mains and examine the wire harness between the door lock assembly and the main electronic control unit. In case the harness and the connections are intact, you will have to replace the door lock assembly. Once you have replaced it and the error persists, it is the electronic control unit that needs replacement.

F0 13 and F0 15
The man-machine interface control unit malfunction
Disconnect your electric range from the mains network for not less than 30 seconds and then connect it again to restore power supply. In case the code persists after you have restored power supply, disconnect your cooking appliance from the mains again and replace the man-machine interface control unit.

F5 00
Disrupted communication between the man-machine interface control unit and the main electronic control unit
Disconnect your range from the mains and examine the wire harness between the man-machine interface control unit, the power supply relay control unit, and the main electronic control unit. In case you see the wiring broken, it will need replacement. Once you have replaced the wiring, but the issue persists, it is the man-machine interface control unit that needs replacement.

F7 10, F7 01, and F7 02
Disrupted communication between the man-machine interface control unit and the oven glass touch panel
Disconnect your range from the mains and examine the wire harness between the glass touch panel and the man-machine interface control unit. In case you see the wiring and connections perfectly fit, you will have to replace the man-machine interface control unit with a new one. If the code persists, it is the glass touch panel with the wire harnesses leading to the man-machine interface control unit that needs replacement.
