Jul 8, 2025Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…

Mar 17, 2025quick reply, great service provided and affordable price. our washing machine had an issue on saturday, we had an appointment with a repair person on monday. they managed to resolve the issue, and they did so at a fair price, making it all the better. plus, they’re very organized and current – appointments can be set online, receipts are received online. it’s comfortable. would definitely call again if needed, and would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation. great work!

Vince was early for my time frame which was appreciated. He was quick to diagnose the issue and provide an accurate quote on the spot. He didn’t not have the part but returned within a half an hour with it. He tested the dishwasher multiple times to ensure it was working.
Excellent service and fair pricing. Will contact them for any future issues.
