The technician was prompt and friendly. He was able to do the diagnostic check on my washing machine quickly. Unfortunately, the machine was not worth fixing, but I appreciated that he told me that.

Feb 16, 2025technician came – charged $140 and made a wrong diagnosis – he said the drain pump needs to be replaced on our dishwasher and wanted to charge $370 for a 1/2 hour job and a pump what is sold on Amazon for $35. We paid and he left. We checked ourself and it is not the pump. The company apologized and promised a full refund. I am impressed. Great service.

Mar 7, 2025Had a washing machine spewing out water. Called them and they were able to come out next day. Didn’t try to up sell me anything and just fixed the problem in less than an hour. Machine works great now and have no issues. Really great customer service.
