The technician who was sent out by this company to repair my fridge was courteous and polite in explaining what was wrong with the appliance. He also stated what had caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. He managed to do a thorough job of correcting the issue and made sure the fridge was running properly again. I was very pleased that he could remedy the fault and so glad that he explained everything to my satisfaction within a very short time of arriving. Called in on weekend Customer service rep was very good amd kind. Computer glitched, they said. So appointment time had been changed twice. But he was still manage to come at appointment day.
