Mar 10, 2025Prompt and honest service. My dishwasher was bit draining properly and the technician that was sent to my house took a look and let me know he found a piece of metal in the pump. He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. I had already planned to have them install the new pump so I was fine with that – but I really appreciated the honesty! Would definitely recommend

Feb 8, 2025My 10 year old dryer stopped working the previous evening, I called the next morning and they sent a service technician to my place by the afternoon. The technician found the problem, fixed the issue quickly, clearly explained the repair and what caused the issue. They also accepted credit card payment in person. Overall, Very good service experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and I will call them again in the future for any other appliance repairs. Very happy with the work performed, thank you!
Feb 10, 2025I want to thank Nijat and his technician for such excellent service. We had requested a service call from a competitor and the tech spent 5 minutes looking at our Bosch gas range and told us it was an ignitor issue. I knew this wasnt true as the gas element was igniting but went out within 30 seconds. He charged us $150 for a service call and when we asked him to order the parts and to make an appointment to fix it, he told us the parts were not available. Nijat was a completely different story. The two techs that came out were super friendly and spent about an hour troubleshooting the issue. It turens out it was a dirty connection and a faulty temperature gauge. Nijat was able to get our oven working and told us he was not going to charge us until the part came in. As soon as the part was in he called and just fixed our range. I recommend Appliance Repair Experts without reservation!
