Of course our washing machine decided to stop working on a Sunday with a bunch of laundry waiting to washed. We are in Calgary, Alberta so called Appliance Repair Expert. By early afternoon we had a technician in to determine the problem. He was able to repair the pump immediately but did not have the motherboard part. Within a couple of days the machine was repaired. Thank you Appliance Repair Expert for your prompt and professional service. I highly recommend Appliance Repair Expert for all your repair needs.

Appliance Repair Expert customer service department reached out to address my concerns. They apologized for the technician’s behavior and poor diagnosis. They offered to refund me the full amount which we paid for the diagnosis. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gifted me a discount coupon. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and would now consider using their service again in future. ——————————————————————— “We recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a technician from Appliance repair expert. My refrigerator was malfunctioning so we scheduled a service call. He was rude and dismissive from the beginning and conducted a hasty diagnosis. He said there was a major issue with the compressor and it is irreparable. He left saying no one can fix this issue and we should get a new refrigerator. However, when we booked another diagnostic appointment with other company they found out the problem was simply with the fan which was not able to blow air properly. After rellacing the fan our refrigerator is working great. I escalated this matter to the manager asking for refund for false diagnosis and the harassment I was met with complete silence. This lack of commitment and accountability is unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed with both the technicians unprofessional conduct and company’s failure to address my concern.”
