Excellent service. They were able to book an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. The tech gave an excellent & credible diagnosis of the problem with our clothes dryer. I chose not to repair the dryer and instead purchase a new one, so can’t comment on their repair abilities. However, they were polite, professional, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. Will use again!

My problem was with his oral report as I am an 82 year old senior who is hard of hearing, That, added to his accent left me very confused as to his recommendations.
