You have to deal with the faulty temperature sensor installed in your fridge compartment

Disconnect your refrigerating appliance from the mains network. Examine the wiring harness leading to the temperature sensor and reconnect it back in place if you see it loose. If the wiring harness is damaged, it needs replacement. However, if the cable is intact and all connections are firm in place, you will have to replace the faulty temperature sensor installed in your fridge compartment with a new one.

C returned to the freezer display

The temperature sensor installed in your freezer compartment has malfunctioned

Try disconnecting the appliance from the mains network and examine the wiring harness leading to the freezer temperature sensor. Reconnect it back in place if you see it loose. If the cable harness is damaged, it needs replacement. However, if the harness is intact, it is the freezer compartment temperature sensor that needs replacement.

The main electronic control unit and the user interface control panel fail to communicate

Try disconnecting your appliance from the mains network and examine the wiring connections on the main control unit and the user interface control panel. If you see loose wires, reconnect them back in place. In case the cable harness connections are intact, it is the user interface control panel that needs replacement. If the error persists after you have replaced the user interface control panel, it is the main electronic control unit that needs replacement.

The temperature in your freezer compartment is too high

Check whether the fridge power cord is securely connected to the mains socket. Power failure is a frequent reason for the over-temperature condition. Once your freezer compartment cools down to its operational temperature, press the temperature keypad to reset the freezer temperature display.
