Appliance Repair Expert customer service department reached out to address my concerns. They apologized for the technician’s behavior and poor diagnosis. They offered to refund me the full amount which we paid for the diagnosis. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gifted me a discount coupon. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and would now consider using their service again in future. ——————————————————————— “We recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a technician from Appliance repair expert. My refrigerator was malfunctioning so we scheduled a service call. He was rude and dismissive from the beginning and conducted a hasty diagnosis. He said there was a major issue with the compressor and it is irreparable. He left saying no one can fix this issue and we should get a new refrigerator. However, when we booked another diagnostic appointment with other company they found out the problem was simply with the fan which was not able to blow air properly. After rellacing the fan our refrigerator is working great. I escalated this matter to the manager asking for refund for false diagnosis and the harassment I was met with complete silence. This lack of commitment and accountability is unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed with both the technicians unprofessional conduct and company’s failure to address my concern.”

Called on a weekend and surprised to get a call back within the hour. Technician arrived early in the week and was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Communication was great throughout. A part needed ordering and they were back in once arrived. Very happy to report the dryer is better than ever and we are grateful to our technician Ibrahim!!!

I wasn’t sure what to do when the control panel on my LG dryer didn’t react. My wife called this company to fix the problem and asked them to arrive on the same day. And they did. Replaced a circuit in the electronic board and did it quickly. Now our dryer runs well.

After my dishwasher had no power going to it, I searched on google and found Appliance Repair Expert – and I’m glad I chose them!! They answered my call on the first attempt, even though it was later in the evening. They sent a technician in less than 24hrs to assess the problem. Circuit board was fried – so they replaced it and the issue was fixed. Dishwasher working good as new!!
