Excellent service. They were able to book an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. The tech gave an excellent & credible diagnosis of the problem with our clothes dryer. I chose not to repair the dryer and instead purchase a new one, so can’t comment on their repair abilities. However, they were polite, professional, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. Will use again!

Edit: After seeing my first review the company reached out, apologized for the delay and rectified the situation. I am happy with the resolution they provided. Initially a positive experience with a diagnostic visit for my fridge. But I needed to get my landlord’s authorization because the repair quote was higher than expected, so I couldn’t book the repair then and there. At least a dozen attempts on my end to schedule the repair and nothing. They don’t answer. Tried calling from a different number and they answered, said they would tell the tech to call me, only to hear nothing. Given the lack of responsiveness I would like to get a refund on the service call, but I don’t expect I could even get a hold of someone to ask…
