Dec 26, 2025Our washing machine unexpectedly stopped working mid-cycle in the afternoon, with a load of clothing inside. A technician arrived at around 8:00 pm the same day–communicating his progress with me en route. He was able to extract the wet clothes from the washer. Unfortunately, the problem with the washing machine was its power board, a very expensive part to replace. The technician said he might be able to find a used part for me but that it was probably best to replace the washing machine–which is what we did. I was pleased with the technician’s communication, reliability, and diagnosis of/solution for the problem. I would definitely use Appliance Repair Expert again.

The technician also walked through the issues of my appliance and gave me honest feedback about what actions I could take and payment was also easy after the service was complete. I would use this company again!
Jan 6, 2026Booked an appointment to have my dryer checked. Got a confirmation for 5-9pm, technician called if they can come by earlier in the day and I said I can get off work an hour early to be home by 4pm. Tech did not show up for the appointment. I was expecting to have a good experience since the google review is pretty good. Will give my business to other company that will actually show up. Changing my review to 4 stars since Alex is trying to make it right for calling few times and offering a free service for future use.
Jan 16, 2026We called Appliance repair expert as our washer door latch was broken. We were able to promptly have a technician come out to look at it. The part was ordered promptly. A few days later the technician returned and repaired the machine.
We were extremely happy with the service. We wouod use the company again. We would also Recommend this company to anyone looking for an appliance repair company.

Dec 20, 2025Quick and easy to have someone come same day to fix our dishwasher. Hilariously, the dishwasher started working right as the tech showed up. They must be so good they scared my dishwasher back into working! The tech was kind, friendly and communicative. Definitely reccomend!

Dec 11, 2025very happy with the how quick they came out to fix my dryer. i called on a sunday. yes a sunday. and they came out and had it fixed within 24 hours. i called at 1 o’clock sunday by 10:30 monday they had already came out figured out the required part. and by noon i was drying clothes. very happy. will be using for any of my appliances repairs. thank you so much for everything. you guys are a life saver
