The technician who was sent out by this company to repair my fridge was courteous and polite in explaining what was wrong with the appliance. He also stated what had caused the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. He managed to do a thorough job of correcting the issue and made sure the fridge was running properly again. I was very pleased that he could remedy the fault and so glad that he explained everything to my satisfaction within a very short time of arriving. This company has proven to be reliable, with pleasant staff that are eager to help the customer get their faulty appliances back in good working order and as such, I will gladly call on them in the future.

Eugene was totally professional. He repaired the dishwasher most efficiently. He explained what needed to be done and the cost required for the repair to be completed. He shared information about looking after the dishwasher. He was gentle not to scratch or harm the cupboard that it was mounted in.
