Very disappointed with Technican. Same problems arose a few days later. Job was done on February 10,, Problem reoccured a few days later. Still awaiting for them to come back and fix the leak. Very unprofessional. Never hire them again. I had to pay another technican to fix the issue

technician came – charged $140 and made a wrong diagnosis – he said the drain pump needs to be replaced on our dishwasher and wanted to charge $370 for a 1/2 hour job and a pump what is sold on Amazon for $35. We paid and he left. We checked ourself and it is not the pump. The company apologized and promised a full refund. I am impressed. Great service.

These guys were awesome. Replied minutes after I submitted my request for service using online form, which was at 7pm at night. Tech (Sam) arrived the next day on schedule, and was so professional and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all my dozens of questions, presented repair options and helped me weigh the pros and cons, and worked with me to make a decision on how to proceed. My fridge is fixed and working again and I would definitely use this company again in the future. Highly recommend!
