On a holiday cleanup, the reliable dishwasher stopped. I was distressed. I tried everything that might get the wasker working. Finally reality was that I need a mechanic to fix this. I called APX, they were operating and yes, they could come in a couple of hours.They came, they diagnosed the problem, had the part and worked carefully, and soon the dishwasher was repaired. There was no mess, no fuss and a working machine. Very grateful
Dec 29, 2025Technician came in was friendly and examined the problem. He said that the problem was repaired without any parts needing to be replaced. I was total to wait for a week and see if our problem reoccurs. If it does I am to call him and he will replace the part and I will not be charged for any additional service charges. I will only be responsible for the cost of the part or parts required to complete the repair work. He gave a cost and I agreed and it was reasonable. Mario M

The technician was professional, skilled, and identified a worn out transmission in the washing machine within minutes. I was impressed and would certainly use the services of this company again.
