We phoned with a fridge emergency and needed same day service. The technician texted before he arrived and came nicely in the time window we were given on first contact. He quickly and effectively diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately for us it meant we were going to need a new fridge but he was clear and honest about our options and repair timelines. New fridge means we won’t need this service again 🤞 but if other appliances fail these Experts will be our first call

Apr 2, 2026Update: The owner kindly reached out to me and was concerned about my experience. He offered to refund my initial charge because of what had happened and was very understanding of the situation. Very dishonest company/repair man. I got an error code on my dishwasher. The repair man, Malik, said I had to replace the control baord for my dishwasher, a $450+tax cost. After some research I found that the solution was to simply clean the filter and power cycle the dishwasher. Yes, I should have done the research first. However, the dishonesty of this company was disgusting.

Dec 19, 2025My experience with Appliance Repair was very good even though the was no repair. My washer was on it’s way out too expensive to repair. The repair man was on time and had a proper diagnosis. He was polite and professional. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a repair.
