He installed our machine, taught us things about it, and even gave us laundry pointers we should have, but did not yet know, in our 40s. This ease of service was especially striking bc I had already dealt with CAS who wouldn’t deliver or send anyone until January; then Home Depot delivered but their installers refused to hook it up bc, literally, “the location is closed on three sides.” Huh? That’s why we got the Whirlpool laundry center: it’s designed for a closet. We had had a normal-sized washer there for decades. Searching around for an installer, ARE was not only the most cost-effective, but they were also the soonest, and the person on the phone was both professional and chill—best of both worlds. They even made follow-up calls to make sure everything was good.

Jan 5, 2026Reached out because of issues with our. Bosch dishwasher. E15 error of water in the overflow pan. Was able to schedule an appointment for next day, they arrived exactly on time and knew where to find the issue. Had the necessary part with them, replaced, tested and completed within an hour.

Dec 20, 2025Quick and easy to have someone come same day to fix our dishwasher. Hilariously, the dishwasher started working right as the tech showed up. They must be so good they scared my dishwasher back into working! The tech was kind, friendly and communicative. Definitely reccomend!

Dec 11, 2025very happy with the how quick they came out to fix my dryer. i called on a sunday. yes a sunday. and they came out and had it fixed within 24 hours. i called at 1 o’clock sunday by 10:30 monday they had already came out figured out the required part. and by noon i was drying clothes. very happy. will be using for any of my appliances repairs. thank you so much for everything. you guys are a life saver
