quick reply, great service provided and affordable price. our washing machine had an issue on saturday, we had an appointment with a repair person on monday. they managed to resolve the issue, and they did so at a fair price, making it all the better. plus, they’re very organized and current – appointments can be set online, receipts are received online. it’s comfortable. would definitely call again if needed, and would recommend their services to anyone in a similar situation. great work!

Appliance Repair Expert customer service department reached out to address my concerns. They apologized for the technician’s behavior and poor diagnosis. They offered to refund me the full amount which we paid for the diagnosis. As a gesture of goodwill, they also gifted me a discount coupon. I appreciate their efforts to make things right and would now consider using their service again in future. ——————————————————————— “We recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with a technician from Appliance repair expert. My refrigerator was malfunctioning so we scheduled a service call. He was rude and dismissive from the beginning and conducted a hasty diagnosis. He said there was a major issue with the compressor and it is irreparable. He left saying no one can fix this issue and we should get a new refrigerator. However, when we booked another diagnostic appointment with other company they found out the problem was simply with the fan which was not able to blow air properly. After rellacing the fan our refrigerator is working great. I escalated this matter to the manager asking for refund for false diagnosis and the harassment I was met with complete silence. This lack of commitment and accountability is unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed with both the technicians unprofessional conduct and company’s failure to address my concern.”

We had a fantastic experience with Appliance Repair Experts this past weekend when our dishwasher was leaking everywhere. They scheduled me in the same day and within hours the technician arrived. Emin arrived and knew exactly what needed to be repaired. He picked up the part, was very thorough, punctual, and polite. Dishwasher was up and running with zero leaks in no time. The fee was very reasonable especially for immediate, weekend work. I’d recommend this company without hesitation.
