Jay was fantastic when he came over to fix our dryer. Was very good at explaining everything and was very efficient in his visit. Would definitely use these services again.

Jul 2, 2025Excellent service. They were able to book an appointment for the next day, which I appreciated. The tech gave an excellent & credible diagnosis of the problem with our clothes dryer. I chose not to repair the dryer and instead purchase a new one, so can’t comment on their repair abilities. However, they were polite, professional, friendly, and showed up when they said they would. Will use again!

Apr 19, 2025Although the service provider suggested I post a 5 star evaluation, it is difficult to overlook that NONE of the staff I talked to or dealt with spoke any French, as if the Appliance Repair Expert of Chestermere came from another planet, in total ignorance of the situation in Québec. It is sad and unexplainable, let alone unacceptable.
In view of the good faith the Appliance Repair Expert has shown after reading the review and the sincere promise to look at solututions for some services to be rendered in Quebec’s official language, I have revised my evaluation.
The repairman was very professional and made sure the process moved to a satisfactory conclusion, i.e. a dishwasher that works. I am grateful.

Aug 22, 2024My 10 year old dryer stopped working the previous evening, I called the next morning and they sent a service technician to my place by the afternoon. The technician found the problem, fixed the issue quickly, clearly explained the repair and what caused the issue. They also accepted credit card payment in person. Overall, Very good service experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone else and I will call them again in the future for any other appliance repairs. Very happy with the work performed, thank you!

Apr 10, 2025So many may have seen my earlier post but I must say that yes true to there word we have come to a very amicable agreement about the repairs and charges! So yes the do stand behind their work and should always be considered a place to call for any and all if your repairs that may be of necessity! The manger called me and took care of it personally which definetly means alot to me and shows their integrity! This was much appreciated….we still have of course our 90day gurantee for what was done….and was kindly invited to call them at anytime if problems occur so appreciated and thank you…..thank you again!
