John called ahead of time and arrived promptly, explained his plan and got right to work. He diagnosed the situation and resolved the issue on the spot. He explained what was wrong, what he did, and he even cleaned up and started a load of laundry to help with the cleaning process and to show the washer was back up in running order. John answered any final questions, reminded me that if there were any other problems to keep his number, just in case. John was very efficient and I would recommend him to help address your appliance needs. He is good people.

It was overall a good experience and they solved the problem. The tech was great at giving us an explanation to the problem but did leave the area a bit dirty with smears of grease along the walls and floors. Given the tight space I think it was understandable but it would have been nice to see some effort in tidying up, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.
