Prompt and honest service. My dishwasher was bit draining properly and the technician that was sent to my house took a look and let me know he found a piece of metal in the pump. He explained he could simply reassemble the old pump (which would have been less expensive) or install the new pump. I had already planned to have them install the new pump so I was fine with that – but I really appreciated the honesty! Would definitely recommend

I had an issue with my 10yo Samsung dryer and I called them at 7pm. They booked an appointment for the next morning and they were able to fix the issue that day, complete with parts already on hand. Pricing for parts and labour was reasonable. They were friendly and efficient. Would call again.
